Request a Human Map Conversation.

When something in your team or organization feels off – but you can’t quite name it – a short, focused conversation can be the most efficient next step.

In this conversation we do not “sell a programme”. We look calmly at your current system: pressure, structure, conflicts, expectations – and explore whether The Human Map™ is a useful lens for you.

Typical call length: 25–40 minutes · Language: English or German · Online (Zoom/Teams).

What happens in a Human Map conversation

1. Your context in 3–5 minutes.

You describe your current situation: team, pressure, conflicts, expectations from above, and what you sense is “off”, even if you don’t have words for it yet.

2. Reading the system, not the people.

We apply The Human Map™ to your case: orientation, communication, structure, rhythm and trust. The goal is to see patterns – not to diagnose individuals.

3. One or two concrete next steps.

You leave the conversation with 1–2 realistic options: from “do nothing yet” to a targeted intervention, a seminar, or a focused mapping session with your team or leadership group.

For leaders who want clarity, not noise.

This conversation is relevant if you recognize yourself in at least one of these situations:

  • Your team is under permanent pressure and you feel that the current architecture will not hold.
  • Conflicts or resistance keep repeating – with different people but the same pattern.
  • You have tried classic tools (team building, workshops, coaching) and they did not change the system.
  • You sense that your organization is burning good people, but cannot yet describe why.
  • You want to talk to someone who is calm, analytical and experienced with real-world complexity.

If you are just “shopping for offers” without a real case, this format will probably not be helpful.

What this conversation is not.

Not a performance show. There is no slide deck, no hype, no “10 steps to success”.

Not a pressure call. You will not be pushed into a programme. If The Human Map™ is not the right tool for your reality, we say so clearly.

Not generic advice. We stay close to your real work: projects, decisions, people, constraints. The goal is to see your system more clearly, not to impress you with concepts.
